Shipping

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 3 days of delivery at Passionsplusdesigns@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Passions Plus Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.
